Introduction:

PL(NE)-type Chain Bucket Elevator manufactured by our factory is composed of the moving part (hopper and traction chain), the upper section with driving sprocket, the lower section with tension wheel, the intermediate housing, the driving device, and the reverse braking device and so on.

The hopper of this bucket elevator is discontinuous arrangement, which is used for loading by “drawing method” and unloading by “centrifugal feeding method”.

The traction structure of the Bucket Elevator is two ring chains, so it is also chain drive bucket elevator or Chain Hoist.
