Six ways to reduce the “resonance” of the vibrating screen

The vibrating screening machine relies on the exciting force of the vibrating motor as the driving force to drive the material to perform on the screen surface according to a predetermined trajectory or a linear trajectory or a three-dimensional sieving motion. Therefore, the exciting force of the vibrating motor and the size and output of the screening machine are proportional, that is, the larger the size of the screening equipment and the larger the output, the greater the power and excitation force of the corresponding vibration motor. This leads to an inevitable problem: the generation of “resonance”.

The vibration screening machine body will have a “beep” sound with a large amplitude. Shaking, in the long run will inevitably cause huge damage to the various components of the vibration screening machine, then how can we reduce the resonance as much as possible?

1.  It can be improved by increasing the damping method, that is, replacing the shock absorbing spring of the vibration screening machine with the spring, because the damping of the spring is larger than that of the ordinary metal spring, and the existence of large damping has been experimentally proved to limit the time of passing through the resonance zone. At the same time, the amplitude of the resonance is reduced, so that the resonance phenomenon when the vibration screening machine is stopped can be significantly reduced.

2.  Changing the frequency of vibration screening machine shutdown is an important idea to reduce the occurrence of resonance phenomenon. In view of the direct relationship between vibration frequency and quality, the manufacturer of vibration screening machine suggests that it can improve the quality of equipment, for example, by welding weight. To some extent, the resonance phenomenon of the vibration screening machine is reduced.

3.  Install a brake system on the vibrating screen to make the vibration frequency of the vibrating screening machine stop the natural vibration frequency of the vibrating screen.
