Failure of vibrating screens (drum screens, double screens, composite screens, etc.) at low temperatures in winter

1, cannot run

When the sifter fails to run normally, the motor and bearings run poorly due to the low temperature. This problem usually occurs when the vibrating screen is installed outdoors without the protective measures. To solve this problem, we can install a protective cover, take antifreeze measures at the motor and bearing parts, and add antifreeze to the motor and bearing parts to prevent the oil from thawing;

2, low screening efficiency

This problem is mostly caused by the sieving of liquids. In winter, the temperature is low, icing and sticking to the screen will occur when screening tax-containing materials, thereby reducing the screening efficiency. The solution of this problem can increase the liquid temperature of the material within the allowable range (it is generally better to keep it at 10 ℃), and clean the screen in time after the screening work is completed to ensure that no liquid remains on the screen surface

3. Frequent failures

If the quality problem of the sieve machine is eliminated, the frequent solution is to strictly follow the operation manual. Regularly inspect and maintain the sieve machine, and keep a record of the shift during the shift. The maintenance of the vibrating screen in the severe cold environment is very important. Only the vibrating screen with good quality can withstand the test of the severe winter.
