Product profile:

PZH series disc feeder is a new type of complete equipment for feeding and dosing bulk materials. It can transfer all kinds of bulk materials, such as small, granular and powdery, from silos, hoppers or other storage and transportation devices to the next process, especially suitable for precise feeding and dosing of bulk materials in metallurgy, mining, building materials, coal, electric power, chemical industry, machinery and other fields.

Working principle and structure:

The transmission system consists of a reducer and a pair of rotary support gears, which drive the overhead disk to rotate.

The basic configuration of the motor is ac frequency control type, adjustable speed.

There are three kinds of lining materials on the disk surface: 16Mn lining, high chromium cast iron lining and polymer non-stick oil-bearing nylon lining. Users can choose according to their needs. Other types of linings are also available upon request.
