Product overview:

MFS pulverized coal screen is an alternative to the traditional pulverized coal vibrating screen. It is installed between the dust collector and the pulverized coal bin to remove the woven fibers, wood chips and other light sundry matter inside the pulverized coal, so that the quality of pulverized coal used for spraying meets the requirements of safe spraying and non-blocking of the spray gun. The coal scraper is driven by the motor to rotate, so that wood chips and other light debris evenly scattered on the screen, easy to clean when the machine stops.

Use and Maintenance:

1. Check whether the fixed motor bolts and the fixed sieve plate bolts are loose frequently. If they are loose, tighten them timely.

2. Generally, the vibration motor is overhauled once a year to check the wear of the bearing and replace with new grease.

3. Refer to the motor operation manual for daily maintenance of vibration motor.

Quality assurance:

The warranty period of this material is one year (the screen is three months). If other parts are damaged in normal use within one year, they can be replaced or repaired free of charge.
