YK-type Circular Vibrating Screen

YK series circular vibrating screen is a sieving machine developed by our factory according to the needs of customers and the advanced technology in China. Its vibration parameters are similar to the screen machine produced by KHD company in Germany. The movement of the sieve box is circular.
Feature & Working Principle :
1. This vibro screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator and damping spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and driven by the motor through the coupling to rotate, generating centrifugal inertia force, forcing the screen box to vibration.
2. According to material varieties and users' requirements, high manganese steel textile screen, punching screen plate and rubber screen plate can be used.
3. Ir divu veidu ekrāna plāksnēm: vienvietīgas un divvietīgas slāņiem. Visi ekrāna plāksnēm veidu var izpildīt augstas skrīninga efektivitāti, ilgu mūžu un nav bloķēšanu caurumiem prasībām.
4. The screen machine is mounted in a pedestal type. The angle adjustment of shaker screen can be achieved by changing the height of the spring support position.
5. motors var uzstādīt kreisajā pusē ekrāna rāmja, vai labajā pusē ekrāna rāmja. Ja nav īpašu prasību, ražotājs var piegādāt motoru saskaņā ar labajā pusē materiāla kustības virzienā.
